Product Details

This Wild Grasses brooch in sterling silver features a variety of plain and hand-enamelled silver strands, enhanced with a 4mm moonstone and 2mm cubic zirconia, hand-set in our workshop in Orkney. The brooch is hand-enamelled in 'Meadow' enamel.

The wild and windswept coastlines of Orkney and Caithness, in the north of Scotland, are covered with hardy marram grass, which sweeps from side to side in the sea breezes. This inspired Sheila to create here 'Wild Grasses' collection, delicate free-flowing designs, layered with silver or gold, enamel and gemstones.
