Delivery Charges

Our delivery charges are based on the total value of your order.

Standard Delivery:

• Free on orders over £50, £3.95 for orders under £50
• Delivery is within 3 working days for orders placed before 2pm
• Your order will be delivered by DPD or Royal Mail
• You will be notified when your order is dispatched and provided with a tracking number

Next Day Delivery:

• £5.95 and Saturday deliveries £9.95
• Order before 3pm Monday to Friday for next day delivery
• Saturday and Sunday orders for Tuesday delivery
• Your order will be delivered by DPD or Royal Mail
• You will be notified when your order is dispatched and provided with a tracking number

Please note, not all items will be available for next day delivery.
*Next day delivery in the following places will take 2 days: Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles. Scottish Islands will take 2-5 days.

Click & Collect In-store:

• Free on all orders
• Available to collect in-store usually within 2 hours.

Online Returns

We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase, however if for any reason you need to return your item, our refund and exchange policy is below. All returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt of goods. During December this period will be extended to 30 days to take Christmas into account.

Please allow 10 days for your return to be processed, all refunds will be returned to the original card used for payment.

Shipping costs will NOT be refunded.

All items for return or exchange must have a valid authorisation number issued by G W Thomson. In order to obtain an authorisation number, please email us at [email protected], or alternatively call us on 01387 255147. Once you have received your authorisation number, please return the unwanted item to:

Items without an authorisation number will be returned to the sender.

G W Thomson will exchange or refund items purchased online provided they are unworn and in saleable condition. All returned goods must arrive with their original packaging and labels attached. Any items returned without their original boxes and paperwork will not be accepted.

All items returned as faulty will be subject to inspection. Items deemed to be subject to general wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

Exchanges: In the case of an exchange of size we will send your replacement to you at no additional cost.

For hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange or refund any earrings unless faulty. We advise all customers to check items received carefully before removing any labels and before disposing of any packaging.

Please note: You are responsible for the return of the item. We cannot accept responsibility for it until it has been delivered to us so we do advise you get proof of postage and we would recommend you send the item by royal mail special delivery.

In accordance with current legislation, this return policy is exclusively for online purchases, refunds are not available for goods purchased in store.
